Support for adults living with neurological conditions such as traumatic brain injuries (TBI), dementia and spinal cord injuries (SCI). We address complex needs through comprehensive assessments and interventions for physical and cognitive executive issues.

We are NSW icare LifeTime Care and Support case managers with expertise in assisting people with severe and complex needs, including hospital discharge planning, goal setting and developing icare rehabilitation plans that promote recovery and functional independence. 

Veterans can access Occupational Therapy and  the Rehabilitation Appliances Program (RAP) for home modifications and assistive technology. We provide support to access and receive comprehensive support to remain living at home and in your communities.
