We are NSW icare Life Time Care and Support approved case managers with  experience supporting people with severe injuries and complex needs, including hospital discharge planning and goal setting to promote recovery and functional independence. We are certified community FIM Assessors. 

DVA provides access to allied health services for eligible veterans with White and Gold cards. Occupational Therapy for veterans can include multiple services including access to the Rehabilitation Appliances Program (RAP) for home modifications, mobility and adapted aids and equipment.
