We are NSW icare Life Time Care and Support approved case managers/ Occupational therapists with experience supporting people with severe injuries and complex needs, including hospital discharge planning, goal setting & developing icare rehabilitation plans to promote recovery and functional independence. We are certified community FIM Assessors.

Veteran support
DVA provides access to allied health services for eligible veterans with White and Gold cards. Occupational Therapy can support veterans through various services including access to the Rehabilitation Appliances Program (RAP) for home modifications, and assistive technology mobility and adapted aids and equipment.
