An allied health leader and senior Occupational Therapist who has practiced in the USA for many years and in Australia leading multidisciplinary teams, including Wilmington Hospital Delaware USA and the Mayo Private hospital Taree NSW. Michelle has experience in delivering rehabilitation and community services including NSW SIRA, Lifetime Care & Support, hospital services, aged care and the NDIS. Michelle has expertise in neurological rehabilitation and a passion for upper limb rehabilitation, having been a past certified hand therapist in the USA. Michelle supports the Taree and Forster NSW regions.

Karen has had multiple past roles where she has gained valuable experience as an Injury Management Advisor (multiple insurance schemes), Stroke Foundation national clinical team, NSW Health Brain Injury Rehabilitation Services, NSW Rural Spinal Cord Injury Services, Senior OT with both NSW & Qld Health & University Clinical Educator. Past strategic roles have included Public Trustee Qld, NIISQ and as an Executive at the NDIA. Experienced in supporting complex conditions Karen supports the Port Macquarie region.
