We support adults living with neurological conditions such as acquired and traumatic brain injuries (TBI), dementia and spinal cord injuries (SCI). We address multiple and complex needs through assessment and provision of interventions for a range of physical and functional cognitive difficulties, including memory challenges, cognitive fatigue and impaired executive skills.

We are NSW icare Life Time Care and Support experienced case managers. We have expertise in assisting individuals with severe injuries and complex needs, including hospital discharge planning, goal setting and developing icare rehabilitation plans that promote recovery and functional independence. 

Eligible veterans can access allied health services, including Occupational Therapy and  the Rehabilitation Appliances Program (RAP) for home modifications and assistive technology. We support veterans to access and receive the comprehensive support they need to remian living in their homes and communities.
