DVA provides health cards to veterans, war widow(er)s and eligible dependents. Occupational therapists can support various assessment and interventions, including access to equipment through the Rehab Appliance Program (RAP). Contact DVA or speak with your GP to obtain a referral for Occupational Therapy to maintain living at home with appropriate support and services.
